RAD1 Design LLC was founded by Robert A. DeSorbo (RAD).

Bob is the owner and CEO. He has over 30 years of experience in electrical and software engineering ranging from bio-med thru hypersonic missile guidance system design.

​

The mission of RAD1 is to provide innovative, timely and cost-effective solutions to client’s design needs.

RAD1 uses a dynamic staffing approach which allows for bringing on appropriate sub-contractors as needed on a per client basis. This makes for a much simpler business model thus reducing unnecessary employee overhead and allowing for lower rates and faster service.
